Case Study
Overview

Ideate Creative worked as an extension of CloudZone's marketing team, owning strategy, creative direction, copywriting, design and digital growth planning. We delivered a strategic rebrand, three product launch campaigns and a program of executive events, including the AWS Israel Region launch with 50+ senior attendees.

The Challenge

CloudZone grew faster than its marketing. It sold to the same enterprise buyers as dozens of other cloud partners, and from the outside they all looked alike. It needed a clearer story, a brand people could pick out of a partner lineup, sharper messaging for FinOps, cloud marketplaces, managed services, and data and AI, and a reusable creative system to replace one-off assets.

TheWork

We worked inside CloudZone's marketing team, from positioning all the way to the events that put it in front of senior buyers.

  • Strategic rebrand: sharper positioning and a visual identity with a recognizable "cloudy" aesthetic
  • Messaging and go-to-market framework: an offer-specific story for FinOps, Cloud Marketplace, Managed Services, and data and AI
  • Sales collateral: the company deck and brochure, design and copy
  • Launch campaigns: three digital campaigns for FinOps, Cloud Marketplace and Managed Services
  • Social media system: a reusable banner system for fast announcements
  • Executive events: a concept and full event creative for every event, from "A New Dawn" to the CTO Gourmet Club
  • Event materials: roll-ups and swag that carry the brand into the room

The Approach

Discovery

We started with CloudZone's buyers: CTOs, CIOs and finance leaders who hear the same pitch from every cloud partner. One question shaped the work: why should they pick CloudZone out of a lineup of partners selling similar services?

Positioning

Most cloud partners compete on certifications and service lists. We rebuilt CloudZone's messaging around four offers and the business problems behind them, so FinOps, marketplaces, managed services, and data and AI each had a story a buyer could repeat.

Identity

We gave CloudZone a recognizable "cloudy" aesthetic that stands out in partner lineups, then built it as a system covering the company deck, brochure, social banners, roll-ups and swag.

Rollout

We ran three launch campaigns and an executive event program on the same system. Every event got its own concept tied to a real business topic, which is what made senior buyers show up.

Summary Results

CloudZone came out with a sharper story, a distinctive brand and a working toolkit for every launch and event.

  • Sharper positioning: a clear story per offer that sets CloudZone apart from other AWS, Google Cloud and Azure partners.
  • Events that filled rooms: the AWS Israel Region launch drew 50+ senior attendees, and "The American Dream" filled every seat.
  • More pipeline from executive audiences: events built around business topics turned attendance into sales conversations.
  • A reusable system: new launches start from a working brand and campaign toolkit instead of a blank brief.

06 / FAQs
Frequently asked  questions
What does a cloud partner rebrand include?

For CloudZone it covered positioning and messaging for each offer, a visual identity, a company deck, a brochure, a social media banner system, event creative, roll-ups and swag. Building them as one system keeps every touchpoint telling the same story.

How do AWS, Google Cloud and Azure partners stand out?

Most partners sell similar services to the same buyers, so the difference has to come from story and presence. CloudZone got a distinct "cloudy" visual identity and offer-specific messaging that set it apart in partner lineups.

How do you turn executive events into pipeline?

Give every event a concept senior buyers want to attend, tied to a real business topic. CloudZone's AWS Israel Region launch drew 50+ senior attendees, and "The American Dream" filled every seat.
