After 10 years as a CMO in the tech industry, working with B2B and SaaS companies across social media, campaigns, branding, web, events, and SEO, I noticed the same gap everywhere: great strategy dying in the hands of designers who didn't understand the business, and great design being wasted on briefs with no strategic backbone.
So I built the bridge. At Ideate, strategy and creativity aren't two separate conversations, they're the same one. Every visual decision is rooted in positioning. Every campaign is built to convert, not just impress.

Having deliberately built my experience across agencies, consultancies, and global brands across 25+ markets, I’ve learned that marketing breaks when creativity and performance live in different worlds.
I've seen tallented teams chase the wrong signals, follow outdated strategy, or mistake activity for impact. My role is to help them avoid this by bringing strategy, data, and execution into the same room and turning performance signals into growth. From demand generation and acquisition to attribution and analytics, everything we do is focused on making marketing work harder, smarter, and measurably better.
